New to Risendo? This guide walks you through your first purchase from start to finish — no account required, though creating one makes tracking easier.
Before you start
Make sure your Instagram profile or post is public and accessible. We never ask for your Instagram password — only your @username or a public post/reel/story link.
- Followers: your public @username
- Likes, post views, comments, saves: a link to the Instagram post (instagram.com/p/... or /reel/...)
- Reel views: a link to the Reel (instagram.com/reel/...)
- Story views: a link to the Story (instagram.com/stories/...)
Step 1 — Choose a service
Open the Services menu in the site header, or go to the Instagram Services hub at /instagram-services. Each service has its own product page:
- Buy Instagram Followers — /buy-instagram-followers
- Buy Instagram Likes — /buy-instagram-likes
- Buy Instagram Post Views — /buy-instagram-views
- Buy Instagram Reel Views — /buy-instagram-reel-views
- Buy Instagram Story Views — /buy-instagram-story-views
- Buy Instagram Comments — /buy-instagram-comments
- Buy Instagram Saves — /buy-instagram-saves
Step 2 — Configure your order
On the product page, use the order card on the right to set up your purchase:
- If the service offers quality tiers (e.g. Starter, Real, Premium for followers), pick the tab that matches your budget and goals.
- Select a package size or enter a custom quantity within the allowed range.
- Enter your target — @username for followers, or paste the Instagram link for likes, views, comments, and saves.
- Review the live price summary at the bottom of the card.
Buy now or add to cart
Click Continue to checkout to go straight to payment, or Add to cart if you want to combine multiple services. Open /cart anytime from the cart icon in the header to review items before checkout.
Step 3 — Complete checkout
At /checkout you will see your order summary and payment options:
- Guest checkout: enter your email (required) and name (optional). No account is needed.
- Logged-in checkout: your details are pre-filled from your portal profile.
- Choose a payment method — Wallet balance (instant, if you have enough funds) or Crypto via OxaPay (BTC, ETH, USDT, and more).
- Enter an optional coupon code if you have one.
- Click Place order or Pay with crypto to finish.
Paying with crypto
You will be redirected to OxaPay to complete your crypto payment. After sending funds, return to the payment status page — we poll for confirmation automatically. Once confirmed, you are taken to the order confirmation page.
Step 4 — Track your delivery
After payment, delivery typically starts within minutes. Track progress in one of these ways:
- Logged in: go to Portal → Orders (/portal/orders) and open your order for live delivery progress.
- Guest: create an account from the confirmation page using the same email, or save your confirmation link.
- Order statuses move through Pending → Processing → In progress → Completed.
