How does delivery work?

Updated 10/18/2026 · 6 min read

Learn how Risendo delivers engagement gradually, what each order status means, and how to track progress in your portal.

Risendo delivers Instagram engagement gradually to mirror organic growth patterns and keep your account safe. This guide explains the delivery process, typical timelines, and how to monitor your order.

Gradual, natural pacing

Instead of dumping all followers, likes, or views at once, we spread delivery across a natural growth curve. This reduces the risk of triggering Instagram's spam filters and makes the boost look organic to both the algorithm and your audience.

A sudden spike in engagement is a red flag. Gradual delivery protects your account and your results.

Order statuses explained

Every order moves through four stages. You can see the current stage on your order detail page at /portal/orders/[order-id]:

  1. Pending — payment confirmed, order queued for fulfillment.
  2. Processing — your order is being prepared and sent to our delivery network.
  3. In progress — delivery is actively running. The progress bar shows how much has been delivered.
  4. Completed — all units have been delivered. You can leave a review from the order page.

Tracking delivery progress

Open Portal → Orders and click any order to see:

  • Delivery progress bar — delivered count vs. total quantity ordered.
  • Start count — your engagement count when delivery began.
  • Remaining — how many units are still being delivered.
  • Reorder button — place the same order again in one click.

Typical delivery times

Most orders begin within minutes of payment. Total delivery time depends on the service and package size:

  • Followers: usually 1–3 days for standard packages; larger orders may take longer due to gradual pacing.
  • Likes and views: often start within minutes; full delivery within hours to 1–2 days.
  • Reel and story views: typically faster, within hours.
  • Comments: may take 6–12 hours as each comment is placed individually.

Exact timing varies by package size, current queue volume, and the quality tier you selected. Check the product page for service-specific estimates.

What we need from you

  • Keep your profile or post public for the duration of delivery.
  • Do not change your username while a followers order is in progress.
  • For story views, stories expire after 24 hours — order while the story is still live.
  • We never need your Instagram password.

Something wrong with delivery?

If delivery has not started after a reasonable wait, or counts look incorrect, open a support ticket from the order page (Need help with this order?) or go to Portal → Support → New ticket. Choose the Orders category and include your order number.
